Hours and response times

• Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 Kyiv time (UTC+2, UTC+3 in summer), except public holidays in Ukraine.
• First response: within one business day.
• Requests Atlassian marks as critical: within 24 hours, any day.

• The user guide answers most questions: https://markupstudio.dev/docs.
• Useful to include: what you did, what you expected, what happened, the browser, and - if you can - the Markdown of the macro (or a small part of it that shows the problem).

Security

Report a vulnerability to security@markupstudio.dev. We confirm within one business day and fix according to Atlassian's Security Bug Fix Policy: critical within 10 days, high within 4 weeks, medium within 12 weeks, low within 25 weeks. Security incidents are reported to Atlassian within 48 hours and to affected customers as soon as the facts are known.
